Air India will improve flights from Delhi to Vancouver, Canada, from three weekly to every day beginning 31 August. The airline says the flight improve is a response to rising visitors between India and Canada, plus the return to service of the widebody Boeing 777-300 ER plane that includes a three-class configuration; first, enterprise and economic system.
Air India, following its acquisition by Tata Group, is now deploying plane that had been grounded for extended intervals as a result of Covid-19 pandemic and different causes.
“The progressive restoration of these aircraft allows Air India to increase schedule resilience and support frequency and network increases over the coming months,” the airline mentioned.
“This increase in our frequency between Delhi and Vancouver is very welcome for many reasons. It is another sign of recovery from the pandemic and caters to strong customer demand. More importantly, it marks the first step in restoring Air India’s fleet and international network,” mentioned Air India MD and CEO Campbell Wilson.
